This morning, I tried one of their blueberry and grape fruit leather layered fermented biscuits. There's so much fruit leather inside; the ingredient list shows a fruit leather content ≥30%! Every bite has the sweet and sour taste and chewy texture of the fruit leather. The fermented biscuits are incredibly fragrant, soft, easy to digest, and have just the right amount of sweetness. They're truly delicious!
Paired with a cup of Joyoung soy milk and some savory cheese, it's simply my favorite breakfast combination! I couldn't resist opening a bag of their fish jerky as well. It's savory and fragrant, oily but not greasy, slightly dry with a good chew, and completely free of fishy smell.
